Kinky Llama Racing is a close group of cyclists who race for the love of the sport. We are about having fun while riding and racing, as well as off the bike. Started by a group of cyclists working at Village Cycle Center, the team has grown into  a USAC-licensed Chicago-based cycling club. We have men and women who race cyclocross, cross-country and downhill mountain, track, road, triathlon, endurance mountain, as well as dirt jump and street trials.

KLR is dedicated to helping the sport and furthering the cycling community. We host a weekly cyclocross practice (in season) and our members have helped to create [Pretty. Fast.], a women’s cycling meet & greet organization in Chicago. Many of our riders are skilled mechanics and daily commuters as well as racers. We are known as a team who has fun while racing and hope to continue that tradition as the team grows.
